Baslogue ®   a basic catalogue system for tracking your items

Welcome to Baslogue^® (pronounced as "base log"), a basic catalogue system helping you manage your items.  It is designed to be easy to install and simple to run.

This documentation covers everything you need to know to set up Baslogue^® for first use.  It also provides important information about how to use the software on a day-to-day basis.  Please take the time to read through the documentation, as it will allow you to use the software more efficiently.

This documentation applies to both the Standalone Edition and Database Edition of Baslogue^®.  Those features which are specific to a particular edition are noted as such, while everything else is found in both editions.

You can always find this documentation again by selecting "Help | Baslogue^® Help" from the main window of the application.

You may press F1 on the keyboard from anywhere within the application, and you will be taken to a help page that is appropriate for where you are at the time.  If you press F1 while on the main screen, you will be taken to this page.  To get help for the tab which you are currently working in, click the Help Button in the bottom-right corner of the tab.

If you are reading this documentation after having installed the software, then you will find a Contents tab to the left of this area.  You may freely navigate through this area to your topic of choice, or alternatively you may search for a topic by using the Index or Search tabs.
