Baslogue Product Support
We understand that it can be very frustrating when you are having a problem with computer software. If that problem is with one of our products, we want to help you through these problems. We do this in a way that is consistent with our philosophy - our goal of Customer Involvement (see above).
If you are having a problem, we recommend that you do the following, in this order:
- Review the documentation for the product you are using. You can find documentation for the Baslogue® product by pressing F1 when running the software. You can also find this documentation online on this website by following this link -- Baslogue Online Documentation.
- Review our Issues Tracking page. Our List of Baslogue Issues page allows you to review our list of known issues. Maybe your problem has already been reported, and maybe it has already been fixed in a later version.
- Report a bug that you have encountered. If you have found a bug in the software that you would like to report, please refer to the page for Reporting Bugs.
- Direct Email. If you have a general question that you would like to ask us, please send an email to the "info" email address given on the Contact Us page.
