Baslogue ®

ENTERING PATIENTS INTO THE SYSTEM

There are two ways of entering patients into the system.

• Importing a file containing patient details
• Creating the patients one by one as new patients in the system

IMPORTING A FILE

You can create a CSV file using some other tool (e.g. Microsoft^® Excel, or via export from some other tool).  Assuming the file is properly formatted you can then import this file into Baslogue^® and it will create a new patient for every record in the file.

ENTERING NEW PATIENTS

You may create new patients one by one, by using the Patient Dialog.  You do this by selecting the New Patient button available on the Patients Tab of the main window of the application.
