Viewing the history of a catalogue item

VIEWING THE HISTORY OF A CATALOGUE ITEM

To view the history of a catalogue item, do one of two things:

Select the item line on the Catalogue Tab, then click on the Item History button at the bottom of the tab; or
From within the Catalogue Item Dialog select the View History button.

You will see a dialog like this. This will show all of the history for the item - in other words, every time it has changed status.
