METHODS
OF
PRODUCT
SUPPORT
We understand
that it can be very frustrating when you are having a problem with
computer software. If that problem is with one of our products,
we want to help you through these problems. We do this in a way
that is consistent with our philosophy - our goal of Customer
Involvement (see above).
If you are
having a problem, we recommend that you do the following, in this order:
- Review the documentation for the product
you are using. You can find documentation for the
Baslogue® product by pressing F1 when running the
software. You
can also find this documentation online on this website by following
this link -- Baslogue
Online Documentation.
- Review our Product Tracking site.
Our
Product Tracking site
allows
you to review our list of known issues. Maybe your problem has
already been reported, and maybe it has already been fixed in a later
version. This site also allows you to send us a direct email
describing your problem. Please restrict this service to
specific problems that you have encountered and can describe in detail,
allowing us to reproduce the problem. For more general queries on
how the product works, refer to the Discussion Forums and Direct Email
as described
below.
- Discussion Forums / Newsgroups.
If
the
above avenues have not answered your question, we invite you to
post a message on our Discussion
Forums. We will see your message and respond to it within the
forum, usually
within 1 business day. Your question and our answer will be
visible to everyone who visits the forum, thereby benefiting everyone.
- Direct Email. If you prefer
not to post a message to our Discussion Forums then please
send an email to the "info" email address given on the Contact Us page.
