Baslogue ®

CLIENT DIALOG

The client dialog is where you enter details about a client.  You get to this dialog by either selecting New Client, Edit Client or View Client from the Clients Tab on the main screen

• Client ID - is automatically generated when a new record is created, and cannot be changed
   
  
• Barcode ID - defaults to the ID of the client, but can be changed to any value.  This is the value encoded into the barcode on a client card.
   
• First Name - enter the first name of the client.
   
• Surname - enter the surname of the client.
   
• Address - enter the address of the client (optional)
   
• Phone Number - enter the phone number of the client (optional)
   
• View History - this allows you to view the history for this client - i.e. when items were loaned out, returned, etc...  See Client History for further information.
