ENTERING CATALOGUE ITEMS INTO THE SYSTEM

There are two ways of entering catalogue items into the system.

Importing a file containing the catalogue item details
Creating the items one by one as new items in the catalogue

IMPORTING A FILE

You can create a CSV file using some other tool (e.g. Microsoft^® Excel, or via export from some other tool). Assuming the file is properly formatted you can then import this file into Baslogue^® and it will create a new catalogue item for every record in the file.

ENTERING NEW ITEMS

You may create new items one by one, by using the Catalogue Item Dialog. You do this by selecting the New Item button available on the Catalogue Tab of the main window of the application.
